We do not provide refunds for perishable floral orders. If a fault on our part is suspected — for example stems that are clearly not fresh — notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement arrangement. Refunds are not available; replacements may be offered at our discretion following investigation.
